Mix 3 to 4 drops in a liter of lukewarm, not boiling, water. Water that is too hot will tend to evaporate the essential oil too quickly, and may also degrade the essential oil and its components, making it less effective. It's important to dilute the essential oil in honey or on a lump of sugar, which you can then add to the warm water to unify the mixture. Once prepared, you can enjoy your infusion for a moment of relaxation, at any time of day.

Cosmetics: In cosmetics, very diluted in a vegetable oil, it can be used to treat skin infections and parasites. 

Mountain Savory essential oil can be used very diluted in a rich vegetable oil to resolve skin problems. Pour 1 drop of essential oil into 1 teaspoon of the vegetable oil of your choice and gently massage into the area concerned. Its high concentration of carvacrol makes it particularly dermocaustic.
