Native to Australia, Eucalyptus globulus can grow up to 50 metres tall and needs a good quantity of water for its growth.

Once prepared, you can enjoy your infusion for a moment of relaxation at any time of day.

Depending on the diffuser and the size of the room, add between 5 and 30 drops, and leave to diffuse for 30 minutes for a large room and around 15 minutes for a bedroom. In all cases, follow the instructions for the device you are using.

Eucalytptus Globulus essential oil is used very diluted in a rich vegetable oil for a respiratory massage. Pour 4 drops of essential oil into 1 teaspoon of the vegetable oil of your choice and gently massage the solar plexus or the area concerned.
