Lavender Aspic is a perennial, bushy shrub 50 to 80 cm tall whose stems bear violet-blue flower spikes.

Recommendations:

Do not use on pregnant or breast-feeding women, or on children under 7.

Do not use on people with a history of convulsions and/or who are allergic to essential oils.

Infusion: For its gentle stimulating properties.

Mix 3 to 4 drops in a liter of lukewarm, not boiling, water. Water that is too hot will tend to evaporate the essential oil too quickly, and may also degrade the essential oil and its components, making it less effective. It's important to dilute the essential oil in honey or on a lump of sugar, which you can then add to the lukewarm water to unify the mixture. Once prepared, you can enjoy your infusion for a moment of relaxation, at any time of day.

Atmospheric diffusion: To create a relaxing atmosphere and perfume a room before bedtime.

Depending on the diffuser and the size of the room, pour in between 5 and 30 drops, and leave to diffuse for 30 minutes for a large room and around 15 minutes for a bedroom. In all cases, follow the instructions for the device used.

Cosmetics: In cosmetics, it regenerates skin and treats common skin problems, as well as soothing insect bites.

Use essential oil diluted in a rich vegetable oil for a regenerating massage and to soothe skin and insect bites. Pour 4 drops of essential oil into 1 teaspoon of the vegetable oil of your choice and gently massage into the area concerned.
