We have selected extracts of Fine Lavender from Provence, the sun-drenched birthplace of this plant, which produces an oil of superior quality.
It gives off a fresh, flowery scent with camphor and menthol notes.

Ingredients : Lavandula augustifolia (lavender) oil, linalool*, limonene*, geraniol*, coumarin*.

Linalool, 1-octenn-3-yl acetate, limonene, geraniol. May cause a skin allergy.
Caution for use:
The use of essential oil can be dangerous. Observe conditions of use.
Recommendations:
Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor in children under 3 years.
Do not use in people with a history of convulsions and/or allergies to essential oils.
Consult a doctor for any therapeutic indication or any oral treatment.
Using advice
In infusion: For its calming and restful properties.
To do this, mix 3 to 4 drops in a litre of very warm, not boiling, water. This is because water that is too hot will tend to evaporate the essential oil too quickly and may also degrade the essential oil and its components, making it less effective. It is important to dilute the essential oil in honey or on a lump of sugar, which you then add to the warm water, in order to unify the mixture. Once your preparation is done, you can enjoy your infusion for a moment of relaxation, at any time of the day.
Atmospheric diffusion: To purify and purify the atmosphere of your home, but also to create a floral atmosphere and thus perfume a room.
Depending on the diffusers and the size of the room, pour between 5 and 30 drops, and leave to diffuse for 30 minutes for a large room and about 15 minutes for a bedroom. In all cases, follow the instructions of the device used.
In cosmetics: In cosmetics, it can be used to soothe problem skin and dermatitis, and is also beneficial in massage.
The essential oil of Lavender Fine is used very diluted in a rich vegetable oil to perform a soothing and relaxing massage. Pour 4 drops of essential oil for 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil of your choice and massage gently on the area concerned. The massage is carried out in predilection on the solar plexus, the stomach, the lower abdomen or the lumbar region according to the problems.
