Rosemary Verbenone is a perennial Mediterranean shrub that can grow to 1 or 2 metres in height.

Ingredients:

Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) flower oil, limonene*, linalool*, geraniol*.

Precaution for use:

The use of essential oils can be dangerous. Observe conditions of use.

Recommendations:

Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women, or on children under the age of 7.

Do not use on people with a history of convulsions and/or who are allergic to essential oils.

Consult a doctor for any therapeutic indication or oral treatment.

Infusion: For its tonic and digestive properties.

To do this, mix 3 to 4 drops in a litre of lukewarm, not boiling, water. Water that is too hot will tend to evaporate the essential oil too quickly and may also break down the essential oil and its constituents, making it less effective. It's important to dilute the essential oil in honey or on a lump of sugar, which you can then add to the warm water to make the mixture more uniform. Once prepared, you can enjoy your infusion for a moment of relaxation at any time of day.

Atmospheric diffusion: To clean and purify the atmosphere in your home.

Depending on the diffuser and the size of the room, add between 5 and 30 drops and leave to diffuse for 30 minutes for a large room and around 15 minutes for a bedroom. In all cases, follow the instructions for the device you are using.

Cosmetics: In cosmetics, it can be used to create a toning massage or mask for heavy legs and to stimulate digestion.

Rosemary essential oil is used very diluted in a rich vegetable oil for a draining, invigorating massage. Pour 4 drops of essential oil into 1 teaspoon of the vegetable oil of your choice and massage gently into the area concerned.
