Mix 3 to 4 drops in a liter of lukewarm, not boiling, water. It's important to dilute the essential oil in honey or on a lump of sugar, which you can then add to the warm water to unify the mixture. Once prepared, you can enjoy your infusion for a relaxing moment, at any time of day.
