Hand Cream: Apply a generous layer to the back and palms of your hands. Then massage in using circular movements so that the shea butter penetrates the upper layers of the skin.

Soap: for hands and body. Moisten your soap and rub it into your hands or directly onto your body to create a lather. Then rinse off.
