Description

The Farigoule (which means thyme in Provence) is the very spirit of the scents of Provence.
The digestive virtues of thyme allow to finish the meal on a light, perfumed and sweet note.
Farigoule is an authentic and original product which is served as a digestive, iced.
It is also appreciated in a coffee at the end of a meal.
It can also be used in cooking on a grilled chicken, or to spice up the flavors of a pan-fried prawn flambé, or as a deglazing for a sauce accompanying a rabbit.
